  • Is there a set up charge?Yes, we charge a small set up charge of $149. This includes one on one training, and setting up your website with the template, banners and color scheme of your choice.
  • Is there a minimum contract term?No, Customer Focus services can be cancelled at any time. We work very hard to make sure that you're completely satisfied and stay with Customer Focus to help your business prosper!
  • Will you make my website look good?Absolutely; we'll match your logo to the color scheme and add banners to your website free of charge, and offer affordably priced custom design website packages from just $499. Find out more about our website design packages here.
  • Can I remove suppliers from my website?Yes you can, and you can also make your preferred suppliers' products appear at the top of search results. This way you can give your customers a better browsing experience - after all, who wants to see 20 pages of nearly identical polo shirts?
  • What if my preferred supplier is not on Customer Focus?We are adding in new suppliers all of the time, so please just let us know who's products you'd like to see, and we'll reach out to them to get them on board. It's also worth mentioning that you can add your own suppliers, categories and products to Customer Focus.
  • How much do I pay to add a user?Additional users are $15 per user, per month. See all upgrades here. It's usually more economical to upgrade to a higher value package as you'll receive more company stores as well as additional users.
  • How do annual plans work?By paying annually in advance for your Customer Focus solution, you save money on the monthly fee. If you're currently paying monthly and would like to switch to an annual plan, please call us on 866-564-6247 and we'll make the switch for you.
  • What happens to my domain name (URL) when I switch?When we set you up with a Customer Focus website, it will be on a temporary URL. Once you're ready to make it go live, we'll help you re-point your domain name to the Customer Focus website. It usually takes between 30 minutes and 24 hours to take effect.
  • Is training offered?We offer all new customers a free one on one 'onboarding' training session, during which we'll go through system set up, customization and operation. After this, you're invited to join us for weekly training webinars, visit our support site for help sheets and movie tutorials, or call our support team if you get stuck.
  • What is the process for designing my website?Firstly your account manager will introduce you to our extremely flexible design templates. Simply pick the one which is closest to your dream website, and we'll set it up with your branding, color scheme and choice of banner graphics. We'll then train you on making further edits to make your site unique.
  • Do you offer a custom design option?Yes! Whether you already have a website design in mind, or need some inspiration, our team of experienced designers and coders will help you build your perfect website. Pricing starts from just $499 for custom graphics. Learn more about custom design.
  • Do you offer a free trial?No, simply because in our experience most people don't have the time to really explore the system. Instead we offer a no obligation guided tour with one of our customer success coaches, to help you make a decision about whether Customer Focus is a good fit for your requirements.
