Costa Mesa, CA: A leading website and software provider to the promotional products industry, Customer Focus, has announced two key upgrades to its Standard and Ultimate solutions: in product research, distributors can now create ‘Favorite’ product boards, facilitating faster presentations and quotes, and on the customer facing website, all order and inquiry emails can be fully customized.

 

Every time an inquiry or order is placed on a distributor’s website, both the distributor and the customer receive an automatic email acknowledgement. Now this email is fully customizable, allowing the distributor to add their logo, color scheme, and layout, as well as adding their personal touch to the wording.

 

This functionality is available on each individual website, so if a distributor has several company stores, they can tailor the language and branding to each client. 

 

In the product research section, distributors can now place any product into a ‘Favorite’ group, i.e. Best Sellers Under $1, or Top Conference Giveaways. All of the products within a group can be added to a presentation, quote or order with one click, allowing for much faster response times for frequently requested ideas or suggestions. 

 

There is no limit to the number of Favorite groups a distributor can create, and no limit to the number of products which can be added to each group.
